<br /> <br /> <br /> Chairman Ginn did not want the regulations to be onerous or too heavy-handed and asked <br />that activity hours be changed from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., with 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on <br />Saturdays, and no work on Sundays. <br /> County Administrator Joe Baird questioned whether that would include road projects, as <br />many of these are done in the evening hours because of traffic. <br /> Public Works Director Jim Davis agreed that the industry is moving toward working at <br />night, especially the Department of Transportation.
