MR. MUSICK NOTED THAT THE COUNTY ORDINANCE CALLS FOR AN <br />INTENT FOR PUBLIC ROADS TYPE OF DEDICATION; THE REST OF THE ROADS <br />AND EASEMENTS ARE FOR THE UTILITIES AND CABLEVISION, AS WELL AS FOR <br />DRAINAGE FACILITIES. HE CONTINUED THAT THE OWNER IS DEDICATING ROADS <br />AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS TO THE PRESENT AND FUTURE PROPERTY OWNERS, AND <br />HE FELT WITH THAT SORT OF WORDING, IT WOULD BE UP TO THE COUNTY TO <br />EXERCISE THEIR OPTION WHEN IT WANTS TO TAKE THE ROADS OVER; THE ROADS <br />WOULD NOT BE MAINTAINED BY THE COUNTY UNTIL THAT TIME. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS FELT TENTATIVE APPROVAL COULD BE <br />GIVEN TO THE PLAT. <br />THE BOARD THEN REVIEWED THE FOLLOWING LETTER FROM VICKIE <br />RENNA OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT: <br />INOIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />OERARTMEIN <br />May 15, 1980 <br />MEMO <br />TO: Jack Jennings, County Administrator <br />FROM: Vickie Renna, 1 anner <br />SUBJECT: West Meadows Subdivision _ <br />West Meadows'Subdivision has made all the major changes from <br />the Technical Review Committee meeting.on their tentative.plat. <br />However, some minor changes have to be made in which I am'working <br />with the developer to resolve. The changes are not major enough <br />to be kept off the agenda. <br />These deficiencies are as follows: <br />1) General note on the plan needs to be changed to "Private road <br />and easements not to be taken by the County until an elected <br />time in the future" or something similar. <br />2) Must call Health Department about their comments in the Technical <br />Review Committee minutes.
