<br />SIONER DEESON, FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF WEST MEADOWS SUBDIVISION -
<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED HE WAS NOT RAISING A LEGAL OBJECTION
<br />BUT HE WOULD LIKE TO CONSULT WITH MR. MUSICK REGARDING THE INPUT FOR
<br />THE DEDICATION.
<br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED:ABOUT THE "GENERAL NOTES" ON THE PLAT
<br />AND THE ATTORNEY ADVISED THEY ARE THERE JUST FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE
<br />COUNTY AND THE DEVELOPER, AND WOULD NOT HAVE ANY BEARING WHATSOEVER
<br />ON A THIRD PARTY PURCHASER.
<br />ADMINISTRATOR .JENNI-NGS BELIEVED THEY WERE THERE FOR GUIDANCE,
<br />AND WHAT IS ON THE FINAL PLAT IS BINDING.
<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS REITERATED THAT THE FINAL PLAT IS BINDING
<br />ON THE DEVELOPER AND BUYER,AND THE BOARD MUST BE SURE THAT EVERYTHING
<br />THE COUNTY IS REQUIRING IS MENTIONED ON THAT DOCUMENT.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON
<br />AND PASSED UNANIMOUSLY.

<br />NOTICE
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatthe Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, will hold a public hearing on
<br />May 21, 1980, at 10:30 A.M. in the City Council
<br />Chambers in the Vero Beach City Hall to
<br />consider the adoption of an
<br />Ordinance amending Indian River County
<br />Ordinance No. 73-43, Article IX, Section 21.85,
<br />creating a Fire Protection Taxing Unit
<br />defining the boundaries of said Taxing Unit to
<br />include the unincorporated portions of Indian
<br />River County authorizing the levy by the
<br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, of a tax not to exceed
<br />three (3) mills on all the .real and tangible
<br />taxable property within said Taxing Unit
<br />providing for interlocal agreements with
<br />municipalities by providing for a new Article
<br />IX, Section 21-85, Fire Protection Taxing Unit
<br />redefining the boundaries of said Taxing Unit
<br />to exclude the newly created North Indian
<br />River County Fire District and to exclude the
<br />proposed West Indian River County Fire
<br />District.
