HE STATED THAT THEY <br />ARE LOOKING FOR A DECISION AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE BOARD IS WILLING <br />TO PURCHASE ALL THE WAY TO REBEL ROAD. <br />ENGINEER BEINDORF NOTED THAT THIS WOULD AMOUNT TO ABOUT 42 <br />ACRES, AND MR. ANSIN HAS INDICATED HE IS WILLING TO WORK WITH THE <br />COUNTY BOTH ON THE LOCATION AND THE PRICE. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY FELT THAT GOING BACK TO REBEL ROAD IS TO <br />THE COUNTY'S ADVANTAGE AND THAT WE SHOULD GO AHEAD AND PURCHASE ALL <br />42 ACRES. <br />WILLIAM KOOLAGE, INTERESTED CITIZEN, ASKED IF THE COUNTY - <br />OWNED LAND WHICH HAS BEEN PROPOSED FOR A SCHOOL SITE MIGHT NOT BE <br />SUITABLE FOR THE TREATMENT PLANT WITHOUT HAVING TO PURCHASE MORE <br />LAND, AND THE ENGINEER INFORMED HIM THAT THAT SITE IS NOT BIG ENOUGH <br />FOR THE PURPOSE AND IN ADDITION, THERE ARE HOUSES BUILT ALL AROUND IT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 80-48 AUTHORIZING THE <br />ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH THE NECESSARY STEPS FOR PROCURING FROM <br />THE ANSINS THE PROPERTY AMOUNTING TO APPROXIMATELY 42 ACRES LOCATED <br />BETWEEN OSLO AND REBEL ROADS, AS SET OUT IN LEGAL DESCRIPTION, AND <br />AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF THE SAID 42 ACRES OWNED BY THE ANSINS <br />FOR A LOCATION FOR THE SOUTH COUNTY WATER SYSTEM. <br />
