BOX 1389 - 1053 - 20th PLACE <br />VERO BEACH, FLORIDA - 32960 <br />Telephone 567-5151 <br />March 13, 1980 <br />Mr. Chet Hogan <br />Associates Realty of <br />Indian River, I,. -Lc. <br />95 Royal Palm Boulevard <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Dear Chet: <br />BOiNt 43 exf 754 <br />This letter is to confirm our meeting of this date <br />wherein we discussed the road which is to be constructed <br />on the Rice property north of the 30' utility easement. <br />I have enclosed a sketch indicating the proposed placement <br />and measurement of the road as it affects the Rice property., <br />I have discussed the possibility of a City easement/ <br />license in your client's favor for the construction of a' <br />road to be located on City property connecting the Rice <br />property to 43rd Avenue. If the.City grants such an <br />easement to your client, the proposed road should comply <br />with the dimensions and measurements of the road in the <br />enclosed sketch. The granting of a City easement/license <br />to your client regarding the road must be approved by City <br />Council. I will keep you advised of the progress of the <br />necessary approval. <br />4z <br />I will be in contact with you to discuss this matter <br />further. HE CITED A "CHICKEN AND EGG PROCESS", AS THE CITY WAS <br />WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THE COUNTY BEFORE MAKING THEIR DECISION. <br />MR. REVER COMMENTED THAT STAFF STILL HELD TO THEIR POINT, AND IF THERE <br />WAS SOME MEANS OF GETTING ADEQUATE ACCESS, THEN THEY COULD COME BACK <br />WITH A REASONABLE CHANCE OF GETTING APPROVAL. <br />HE ADDED THAT THE <br />L <br />
