ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. DISCUSSION ENSUED ABOUT THE 20' STRIP. ON MOTION MADE BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 80-30 REZONING THE PROPERTY, AS ADVERTISED, FROM R-1 TO M-1, EXCLUDING THE 20' ACCESS STRIP. ORDINANCE NO. 80-30 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and -pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The North 1/2 of the East 10 acres of Tract 13; and the North 200 feet of the South 1/2 of the East 10 acres of Tract 13; and the North 1/2 of the West 20.05 acres and the North 200 feet of the South 1/2 of the West 20.05 acres of Tract 14; all of the above land being in Section 27, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, all according to plat of lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to M-1 Restricted Industrial District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. This Ordinance shall take effect June 23, 1980.
