Both County and F.I.T., by this Agreement, request <br />the General Services Administration to distribute that property <br />described in Exhibit "A", commonly known as the "Tracking Station" <br />in a manner consistent with the drawn chart attached hereto and <br />marked as Exhibit "B". The parties agree that Indian River <br />County has obtained the services of Musick and Fowler to survey <br />Parcel 2 of Exhibit "A" arriving at two separate legal descriptions, <br />which shall be the basis of the conveyance by the General Services <br />Administration. For the purposes of this Agreement, Exhibit "B" <br />shall be descriptive and the survey attached hereto shall control <br />and be made a part of this Agreement. In addition to a part of <br />Parcel 2 of Exhibit "A", as shown on Exhibit "B", County shall also <br />receive conveyance from the General Services Administration of <br />Parcel 1 of Exhibit "A" and that 50 foot strip of land connecting <br />Parcel 2 with State Road A -1-A and described in Exhibit "A" as <br />"EXCESS EASEMENT LAND". <br />2. Indian River County agrees to give F.I.T. access <br />at all times over the east west roadway to the F.I.T. parcel <br />shown on Exhibit "B" and the 50 foot strip of land described as <br />Excess Easement Land on Exhibit "A" for the purposes of F.I.T. <br />gaining access for ingress and egress to its portion of lands <br />as shown on Exhibit "B" and described in Exhibit "C". F.I.T. <br />shall allow public access over its lands as shown on Exhibit "B". <br />F.I.T. shall have the right to secure its'buildings. <br />3. F.I.T. has represented within four (4) years to <br />build a museum educational structure, which will be available <br />to controlled public use and for educational purposes. Said <br />facility will benefit the residents of Indian River County, <br />school children of Indian River County, and visitors to 'the <br />area. The facilitites will be used for teaching programs, <br />seminars, lectures, etc. The estimated cost of this building <br />is approximately Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) <br />- 2 - <br />
