I <br />Boox 43 PAu$55 <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED THAT WAS CORRECT, BUT <br />POINTED OUT THAT THIS SITUATION IS IN ACCORD WITH AN -EXISTING <br />AGREEMENT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LYONS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED A PARTIAL RELEASE OF THE CASH <br />BOND ON LAURELWOOD, UNIT 3, IN THE AMOUNT OF $76,805.10. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT AT THE <br />MEETING OF MARCH 5, 1980; H. D. ROGERS WAS WAS GRANTED AN 120 DAY <br />EXTENSION OF TIME TO REMAIN IN THE HAZARDOUS STRUCTURE OWNED BY <br />ZETTIE EALY. THIS TIME IS DUE TO RUN OUT JULY 5TH, AND MR. ROGERS <br />IS LIVING IN THIS HOUSE WITH HIS WIFE AND SION WHO HAVE BEEN IN AN <br />AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT: HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS <br />AND HAS ASKED FOR ANOTHER FOUR MONTH EXTENSION. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED AN EXTENSION OF 120 DAYS FROM <br />JULY 5TH TO MR, ROGERS BASED ON HARDSHIP AS ABOVE. <br />ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAD <br />ATTENDED A MEETING YESTERDAY WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PLANNING <br />DEPARTMENT AND THE UTILITY DEPARTMENT IN REGARD TO A PROCEDURAL <br />PROBLEM IN THE OBTAINING OF BUILDING PERMITS, AND IT RESULTED IN <br />THE FOLLOWING MEMO; <br />6 <br />i <br />_I <br />
