The <br />Consultant endorsed staff’s recommendation for 10 or 15 trips based on the reasons Mr. Mora <br />gave. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lowther, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, to approve staff’s <br />recommendation. <br /> <br />There were no further discussions. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION.
