Under discussion, Commissioner Wheeler stated he would not support the motion <br />for the same reasons as he voted against it before, that is, because the new village outside the urban <br />service area concept was still part of it. <br />Commissioner Bowden commented that she understands it is moot because all the <br />trips have to be inside the new city. <br />Director Keating thought it was all retail trips. <br />Commissioner Davis thought it was the density bonus issue. <br />Commissioner Wheeler stated the density bonus transfer was his biggest objection. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the motion <br />carried by a vote of 4-1, Commissioner Wheeler opposed. <br />(The Board adopted Ordinance No. 2005-040 amending the <br />text of the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use <br />Element; and providing severability and effective date.) <br /> <br />9.A.6.
