<br />TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY COISS IONERS OF SAID COUNTY:
<br />Gentlemen: -
<br />We, the undersigned, citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be lai(
<br />out as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at the North-East corner of :Section Thirty-six (36)
<br />Township Thirty-one (31) 'South; Range Thirty=eight (38) East,
<br />Thence South an line between Ranges 38 and 39 to the East one-
<br />quarter corner -of a-ction 12 Township 32 South, Range 38 East
<br />a distance of two and one half miles,
<br />Said road right-of;-yray to be not less than 50 feet in width.
<br />We therefo re 'petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a Count,
<br />Road as above described, and we, the owners of the lard through which said road is sought
<br />to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in han
<br />paid by the said County of Indian River, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby agree to give the right-of-way through our lands, as shown by the plat accompanyin,
<br />this petition, and relinquish all claims hX for damages by reason thexeof. Said petition
<br />signed by Indian River Fruit Growers, by Hubert Graves, and four others.
<br />It was ordered the petition be accepted, and that Hubert Graves, S.R.Wilkerson and
<br />D.L.Leisher be appointed a committee to view, mark and lay out this road and report to
<br />this Board.

<br />We, the undersigned, citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida,
<br />respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be lai
<br />out as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at Dixie Highway on half section line as per
<br />diagram on opposite side, of this sheet. run East for a
<br />distance of about 3/4 mile to 1/4 section line, thence run
<br />South a distance of about 3/8 miles beginning at Dock Road
<br />on 1/4 'Sec. line in :Seo. 11 to Woods and Church Road,
<br />further described ass
<br />Beginning at the Dixie Highway, running East along half
<br />Section line No. 10,, crossing Section lines No. 10 and 11,
<br />Running East to the 1/4 Section line in Section 11, with
<br />drain ditch on North side of 1h.e road. Road then beginning
<br />at Dock Road and running South on the 1/4 Sectkon line thence
<br />running 'fest along 3/4 -Section line and connecting with the
<br />Woods and Church road. Drain ditch to be on the South side
<br />of said road. Beginning at the intersection of 1/4 Section
<br />line and 3/4 Section line and running West and connecting
<br />MoCulle.rs.and. Collins_ditch. on South side of said road,said
<br />Road right-of-way to be not less than fifty feet in width.
<br />We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a Count
