<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn absent) adopted the proposed tentative <br />budget of $13,598,548, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br /> <br />4.ESD <br />MERGENCY ERVICES ISTRICT <br />County Administrator Baird announced the proposed millage rate and the proposed budget <br />and reason for the decrease in this budget. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone else wished to be <br />heard regarding this matter. There were none and he closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Ginn absent) adopted the proposed tentative <br />millage of 1.9836, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Ginn absent) adopted the proposed tentative <br />budget of $21,998,581, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br /> <br />5.ESLAB <br />NVIRONMENTALLY ENSITIVE AND CQUISITION OND <br />County Administrator Baird announced the proposed millage rate and proposed budget. <br />In response to Vice Chairman Neuberger, Budget Manager Jason E. Brown advised that <br />the millage rate would not increase more than about 0.4 mills for the proposed additional bond <br />issue. It will not impact the FY 2004-2005 budget, but will impact the FY 2005-2006 budget. <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone else wished to be <br />heard regarding this matter.
