<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Ginn absent) adopted the proposed tentative <br />millage of 0.2106, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Ginn absent) adopted the proposed tentative <br />budget of $2,448,027, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br /> <br />6.A <br />GGREGATE <br />Administrator Baird advised that the aggregate millage is 6.0885% and no action by the <br />Board was necessary. He noted that tax bills will decrease under the Board of County <br />Commissioners’ section. <br /> <br />6. SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT BUDGET (NON-AD <br />VALOREM SPECIAL DISTRICT) <br />Administrator Baird announced the proposed charges for FY 2004-05 for the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District and the proposed budget and explained the reasons for changes. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be <br />heard in this matter.
