HE CONTINUED THAT IT LSSA SEPARATE���I <br />ENTITY, SO HE WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE AIRPORT PAYING A <br />REASONABLE AMOUNT. <br />MR. LITTLE INTERJECTED THAT THE AD HOC COMMITTEE CAN WRITE <br />TO THE AIRPORT DIRECTOR, AND THE COMMITTEE CAN COME UP WITH A <br />RECOMMENDATION AS TO WHAT THE TRANSFER PAYMENT OUGHT TO BE, <br />ATTORNEY SOVIERO REFERRED TO SECTION 6 ON PAGE 4 AND CLARIFIED <br />THAT THE CONVEYANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT WOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE TO THE <br />DISTRICT. HE SUGGESTED NOT HAVING A LIST OF ALL THE PERSONAL PROPERTY, <br />BUT RATHER THAT THE AD HOC COMMITTEE COULD ACQUIRE THAT LIST AND <br />IT COULD BE CONVEYED TO THE DISTRICT WITHOUT CHARGE - IN OTHER WORDS, <br />JUST A GENERAL PROVISION FOR CLARIFICATION. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT AGREED THAT JUST A SENTENCE OF INTENT WOULD <br />BE SUFFICIENT, AND ATTORNEY COLLINS FELT THAT SENTENCE COULD BE <br />ADDED ON EXHIBIT A. <br />ATTORNEY SOVIERO NOTED THAT SECTION F, PAGE 5 REGARDING THE <br />PENSION PLAN,HAS BEEN CHANGED SOMEWHAT. <br />MR. NASON EXPLAINED THAT THE CITY MUST CONTINUE TO OVERSEE <br />THE PENSION PLAN, AND THE MAYOR WILL STILL BE THE PERSON WHO REVIEWS <br />THE PLAN - THE LIABILITY STAYS WITH THE CITY. <br />ATTORNEY MCDONOUGH COMMENTED THAT THE STIPULATION GIVING <br />PREFERENCE TO CITY EMPLOYEES WILL BE CHANGED AND ADDED TO THE AGREEMENT. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED ABOUT ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS, AND <br />TERMINATION OF EMPLOYEES. <br />MAYOR SCURLOCK FELT THE TERMINATION OF EMPLOYEES WOULD BE <br />PART OF THE CITY'S ONGOING SERVICE. <br />ATTORNEY MCDONOUGH EXPLAINED THAT ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS <br />WOULD BE THE TYPE THAT WOULD REQUIRE ATTENDANCE IN TALLAHASSEE OR <br />ORLANDO FOR SOME TYPE OF ELABORATE HEARING. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED STATING "EXCLUDING EMPLOYMENT <br />RELATED MATTERS �� AND COMMENTED THAT HE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT WORDING <br />ADDED. <br />
