In addition, the City agrees to indemnify <br />and hold County harmless from liability from any injuries that <br />may occur from the use of the leased premises by City which <br />indemnification shall include the payment of attorneys fees <br />and court costs. <br />8. County shall have no responsibility for making any <br />improvements to the leased premises. <br />9. County agrees to provide fifteen (15) feet -contiguous <br />to the North boundary of the leased premises for the purpose <br />of drainage for the leased premises and the Sunshine Center <br />Rehabilitation Center adjoining the leased premises on the <br />East. <br />10.
