Mr. Carpenter assured the Board that if there was anything that he or the <br />Rockridge citizens could do to help, they would gladly assist the Commissioners and staff <br />Director Davis informed everyone that FEMA needed additional information to <br />justify the benefits of the project. He invited any property owner who has sustained <br />damage from Hurricane Frances to let him know. He announced that he would be meeting <br />with the Rockridge community over the next several weeks. <br />11.J. UTILITIES SERVICES <br />11.J.1.
