RELEASE OF EASEMENT HEALTHLAND SUBDIVISION (LONGO) — APPROVED <br />THE RELEASE OF EASEMENT REQUESTED BY DEAN LONGO IN <br />HEALTHLAND SUBDIVISION WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br />AS PER THE FOLLOWING MEMO: <br />August 5, 1980 <br />MEMO <br />TO: Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator <br />FROM: David Marsh, Senior Planner <br />SUBJECT: Easement Release Request <br />This request for the release of the 6' public utility and drainage <br />easement lying between Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Healthland Subdivision <br />has been reviewed by the following agencies: <br />Southern Bell Telephone Company <br />Utilities Department <br />Vero Beach Power Company <br />A written response was not received from Southern Bell; however, a <br />follow-up indicated that there was no objection to the release. <br />A field check showed that drainage would be properly handled by front <br />and rear swales, with utility lines currently being located along the <br />front swale. <br />An existing structure was apparently permitted without an easement <br />release in the past.
