F_ <br />AUG 131980 <br />maU PACE 293 <br />RESOLUTION 1110. 80-82 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners o.f, Indian "kitver'` County, <br />Florida, have been requested to release the lot line easements on the <br />south three (3) feet of Lot 7, and the north three (3) feet of Lot 8, <br />Block 1, Healthland Subdivision, according to the Plat of same re- <br />corded in Plat Book 4, page 39, of the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said lot line easements were dedicated on the Plat of <br />Healthland Subdivision for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM- <br />MISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following lot <br />line easements in Healthland Subdivision, shall be released, abandoned, <br />and vacated as follows: <br />The south three (3) feet of Lot 7, and the north three (3) <br />feet of Lot 8, Block 1, Healthland Subdivision, according <br />to the Plat of the same filed in the office of the Clerk of <br />the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat <br />Book 4, at page 39 . <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be and they are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot line easements <br />hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording and placing in <br />the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 13th day of August , 1980. <br />c`. <br />Freda Wright, Cle <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA. <br />By 1, <br />Vice Chairman, Alma ee Loy <br />
