<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-115 amending the County Budget <br />Officer’s estimates of receipts other than taxes and of <br />balances to be brought forward for fiscal year 2004-2005 <br />and adopting a final budget ($10,772,233) for the Solid <br />Waste Disposal District. <br /> <br />7. ADOPTION OF NON-AD VALOREM ASSESSMENT <br />CHARGES – RESOLUTION NO. 2004-116 <br /> <br />Budget Manager Jason E. Brown read the charges into the record and advised the rates are <br />the same as the current year. <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter. There were none and she closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-116 establishing the assessment rates <br />to be levied upon certain real property in Indian River <br />County for fiscal year 2004-2005 for all the non-ad valorem <br />assessment charges as follows: <br /> <br />1.
