<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />and adopting a final budget ($25,033,652) for the Indian <br />River County general purpose Municipal Service Taxing <br />Unit. <br /> <br /> <br />3.TF–RN.2004-109() <br />RANSPORTATION UND ESOLUTION O BUDGET <br />Chairman Ginn announced the proposed budget of $13,598,548. <br />County Administrator Baird explained there were an additional 5 fulltime positions <br />($267,570). The COLA and step program equal $281,432. The health insurance increase amounts <br />to about $85,980. <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in this <br />matter. There were none and she closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-109 amending the County Budget <br />Officer’s estimates of receipts other than taxes and of <br />balances to be brought forward for fiscal year 2004-2005 <br />and adopting a final budget ($13,598,548) for the <br />Transportation Fund. <br /> <br /> <br />4.ESD–RN.2004-110 <br />MERGENCY ERVICES ISTRICT ESOLUTION OS <br />()2004-111() <br />MILLAGE RATE AND BUDGET <br />Chairman Ginn announced the proposed millage as 1.9836 noting it is equal to the rollback <br />rate.
