<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn announced the proposed millage rate as 0.2106. Rollback is not <br />applicable. The proposed budget amount is $2,448,027. <br />County Administrator Baird commented that this millage rate is 10.2% less than the <br />current fiscal year’s rate. <br /> <br />Chairman Ginn opened the public hearing and asked if anyone else wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. There were none and she closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-112 establishing the tax millage rate <br />(0.2106) to be levied upon all real and personal taxable <br />property in Indian River County, Florida, for fiscal year <br />2004-2005 for the general obligation Land Acquisition <br />Bond Issue. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution No. 2004-113 amending the County Budget <br />Officer’s estimates of receipts other than taxes and of <br />balances to be brought forward for fiscal year budget <br />($2,448,027) for the general obligation Land Acquisition <br />Bond Issue. <br />September 22, 2004 <br />7 <br /> <br />
