Director Brown reported that the total administrative fee is 2.5%, with the Cities <br />collecting 2% and the County collecting .5%. <br />There were no additional speakers, and the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 2009-015, amending Title X, Impact Fees, of <br />the Code of Indian River County to revise Appendix A, <br />Impact Fee Rate Schedule; and amending Code Section <br />1000.06 "imposition" to provide an exception temporarily <br />suspending for six months the imposition of Impact Fees <br />for Emergency Services Facilities, Correctional Facilities, <br />Public Buildings, Law Enforcement, and Solid Waste <br />Facilities; and providing for codification; severability; and <br />effective date. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board, by a 4-1 vote <br />(Commissioner Solari opposed) approved the temporary <br />suspension of five impact fees from October 1, 2009 to <br />March 31, 2010. <br />24 <br />September 22, 2009 <br />
