Commissioner Solari conveyed his reasons for opposing the temporary suspension. SPECTORSOFT CORPORATION'S REQUEST FOR A LOCAL .IDBS GRANT <br />Director Keating recapped the memorandum dated September 15, 2009, and requested <br />the Board approve the proposed Local Jobs Grant in the amount of $208,000 to SpectorSoft <br />Corporation. He reported that the Corporation had proposed to create 34 new jobs over the next <br />few years and that it qualifies for the County's Local Job Grant Program. The money will be <br />paid over a three-year period from the General Fund, and will start when the jobs are created. <br />Larry Thompson, on behalf of SpectorSoft Corporation, described SpectorSoft as a <br />technology software development company that is excited about partnering with the County to <br />help defray the cost to find, source, and/or bring in the talent and skills that will help his <br />company grow. <br />25 <br />September 22, 2009 <br />
