get the CC (Certificate of Completion), the CC would allow Mr. Lees and the other nine people <br />in his position to obtain their CO (Certificate of Occupancy), which would allow them to close <br />with the bank, and move into their homes. <br /> <br />Michael O’Haire <br /> was concerned staff would analyze the Ordinance in a way that <br />would not allow the developer to get a CO. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger stated that staff understands the intent of the Board to <br />get the Lees in their home. <br /> <br />Mr. Lees <br /> revealed his concern that the bond process would take a long time and <br />requested the Board exempt the first eleven homes in the subdivision. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger clarified that the developer stated he already had the <br />bond. <br /> <br />Mr. Engel <br /> explained he has the bond but not on the County’s form. <br /> <br />Assistant Attorney DeBraal explained staff has not received an acceptable bond for <br />the Lakes at Sandridge. He expressed that the Board has done enough to get the Lee’s in their <br />home.
