MOWATT <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal displayed aerial views of the subject property <br />and updated the Board on staff's request for approval of the subject right-of-way acquisition <br />along CR510, from the estate of Ms. Elvester Mowatt, at a purchase price of $28,004.80, <br />inclusive of a property exchange for the Broxton remainder parcels, at no additional <br />consideration. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Flescher, to approve <br />staff's recommendation to purchase the Mowatt parcel and <br />proceed with the property exchange. <br />92 <br />September 8, 2009 <br />
