COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT is deemed necessary to consummate certain <br />other agreements with the CITY OF VERO BEACH; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That the Board <br />hereby authorizes the allocation of 400,000 gallons per day sewer <br />capacity to the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY -HOSPITAL DISTRICT pursuant <br />to the terms of the January 11, 1973 Agreement, as amended, <br />and the April 17, 1975 Tripartite Agreement; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT'S prepared utility study indicates that <br />the maximum needs for the HOSPITAL'S demand on the CITY OF VERO <br />BEACH for sewer capacity shall be less than 400, 000 gallons per <br />day, then and in that event, this Resolution may be amended by <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY to reflect the actual needs of the INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT.
