<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, will convene on the 10th
<br />. day of September, 1980, at 9:00 a.m. In the Board of County Commissioners Room at the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse, Indian River County, Vero Beach, Florida, to consider granting a
<br />Franchise t0 Oslo Square Shopping Center Associates, a Florida general partnership. Said.
<br />Franchise to be for the delivery of water and sewer service to the following described property In
<br />Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
<br />All of Section 19, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida, lying East of�
<br />the Easterly rightaf-way of U.S. Highway No. 1 less the following parcels:
<br />1. The Northwest Quarter.
<br />2. The West 10 acres Of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter.
