In the past we have not ac- <br />cepted any modifications to the standard agreement. <br />Indian River County has the capability to control usage by the <br />Dimension Class of Service assignments for station users. The station <br />users that have a regular need for making long distance calls should <br />have dial access to the SUNCOM access lines. Those that do not have <br />a regular need would be denied dial access to the SUNCOM access lines <br />and could obtain access via the attendant when SUNCOM usage is re- <br />quired. <br />Enclosed you will find two (2) copies of the agreement.
