SEP 10 19$0 . <br />SUNCOM AGRLEMENT BOOK 4 PAGE 493 <br />This AGREEMENT is by and between Indian River County <br />hereinafter referred to as the COUNTY, and the State of Florida <br />Department of General Services, Division of Communications, here- <br />inafter referred to as the STATE, regarding the COUNTY'S partici- <br />pation in the SUNCOM Intercity Network. <br />The STATE shall provide to the COUNTY accessibility to the SUNCOM <br />Intercity Network and any future long-distance system, as re <br />quested by the COUNTY and as provided by'the STATE. All lines not <br />restricted by the COUNTY shall have access to the STATE long <br />distance network.
