UCP No. 4032 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Vice Chairman Solari, to approve the <br />project (River Club at Grand Harbor replacement of water <br />service lines) at a total estimated cost of $88,308.18, and <br />to authorize the Chairman to execute Work Authorization <br />Directive No. 2009-003 to the Utilities Department Labor <br />Contractor, Sheltra & Son Construction Co., Inc., for <br />$62,587.25. <br />Director Olson told Commissioners that some of the water service lines in River Club at <br />Grand Harbor had been replaced by Utility Operations staff; however, because of the delayed <br />timing for pavement repair, staff would like to have the remaining repairs completed by Sheltra <br />& Son Construction Co., Inc. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously.
