authorized the Chairman to execute Work Authorization <br />Directive No. 2009-003 to the Utilities Department Labor <br />Contractor, Sheltra & Sons Construction Co., Inc., for <br />$62,587.25. <br />WORK AUTHORIZATION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />12.J.3. SPOONBILL MARSH WETLAND FACILITY— UCP 2785 CHANGE ORDER <br />No. 4 FOR 74244 TIMOTHY ROSE CONTRACTING, INC. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, to approve <br />Change Order No. 4 to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc., as <br />presented for an amount of $19,494.00. <br />Director Olson responded to the Commissioner's questions regarding the status of the <br />project. <br />After checking with Attorney Collins on the propriety of having the Board members tour <br />the Spoonbill Marsh Wetland Facility, Commissioners requested that Director Olson arrange to <br />have a tour for them and to also invite the press. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board approved and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute Change Order No. 4 <br />to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc., (for Spoonbill Marsh <br />Wetland Facility mitigation project - Lost Tree Islands), as <br />presented for an amount of $19,494.00, as recommended <br />in the memorandum of December 10, 2009. <br />25 <br />January 5, 2010 <br />
