REGIONAL RESIDUALS DEWATERING FACILITY OPERATIONS CONTRACT
EXTENSION
MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Wheeler,
SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, to approve the
contract extension with Synagro South, LLC for a
maximum of six (6) months through August 31, 2010.
Director Olson advised that the operations of the new County sludge/septic dewatering
facility being constructed at the Landfill are being put out to bid. The Board approved and
authorized the Chairman to execute the contract extension
with Synagro South, LLC, for a maximum of six (6)
months through August 31, 2010 (for sludge dewatering
and hauling services at the Landfill), as presented and
recommended in the memorandum of December 22, 2009.
CONTRACT EXTENSION IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD
12...5.
