WAYNE BAKER <br />President <br />State Certified Genwal Contra <br />Your attention is respectfully invited to the contents of the Notice <br />of Award that refers to the presentation of the Contractor's Performance <br />Bond within twenty one (21) calendar days from the date of award. <br />We have communicated with our Insurance Representative, Mr. John <br />Knapp, American Agency, Inc., 844-4303 or 461-4381, reference the antici- <br />pated date of the approval of our Performance Bond for the Wabasso Beach <br />Project. <br />At present our request for bond is awaiting Federal approval (Small <br />Business Administration, SBA). <br />Unfortunately it may take longer than the twenty one (21) days allowed <br />that requires us to show proof of bond by September 23, 1980. <br />We solicit your understanding and patience since Mr. Knapp has advised <br />that we should have approval on or before September 30, 1980. <br />We request your permission to extend the time frame of our present- <br />ation of our Performance Bond, in the amount of $48,152.00, until on or <br />before September 30, 1980. <br />Sincerely <br />E. BAKER, TAKE THE $5J000 HE PUT UP IN GOOD FAITH, AND AWARD <br />THE BID TO THE NEXT LOWEST BIDDER, WHICH IS AN OUTFIT IN TAMPA, <br />BUT HE WOULD RECOMMEND THAT WE STAY WITH MR. BAKER, BECAUSE HE <br />DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE FIRST DUNE CROSSOVER, MR.
