Fr- -1 <br />SEP 2 41990 boos 44 PnE 612 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 80- 35 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE OF <br />LAWS AND ORDINANCES, CIiAPTER 12, SECTION 12-41 PENALTY <br />FOR VIOLATIONS, BY PROVIDING FOR A NEW SUBSECTION FOR' <br />VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, that Indian River County Ordinance No. 12-4, <br />which previously read: <br />Section 12-4. Penalty for Violations <br />"Any person, firm or corporation or agent thereof <br />violating the provisions of this act [chapter] or <br />of the regulations adopted pursuant hereto shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished <br />according to law." <br />Indian River County Ordinance 12-4 is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 12-4. Penalty for Violations <br />"Any person, firm or corporation or agent thereof <br />violating the provisions of this chapter or of <br />the regulations adopted pursuant hereto shall <br />upon conviction be punished by a fine not to <br />exceed $500.00. The Board of County Commissioners <br />may enforce the provisions of this chapter by <br />seeking injunctive relief, or any other remedies <br />provided by law. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect September 29, 1980. <br />
