<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS EXPLAINED THAT THIS ORDINANCE, HAVING TO
<br />DO WITH JUNK, TRASH AND LITTER, IS TO CURE THE EXISTING ORDINANCE
<br />THAT STILL REFERENCES THE PENALTIES AS CRIMES.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYONE PRESENT WHO WISHED
<br />TO SPEAK. THERE WERE NONE.
