BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />nE4N <br />February 22, 2010 <br />SPECIAL CALL MEETING OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FEBRUARY 22, 2010 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in a Special <br />Session at the County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Monday, February 22, 2010, to discuss the Modification of Resolution 2009-033, Section 3, to <br />include County Commissioners as Officers of the County Economic Development Agency, and <br />to request out of state travel for County Commissioners acting as Officers of the County <br />Economic Development Agency. Present were Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, Vice Chairman Bob <br />Solari, Commissioners Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present <br />were Assistant County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, Deputy County Attorney William <br />DeBraal, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br />1.
