OCT 71980 BOOK 44 PAGE %s <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the NORTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />FIRE DISTRICT held a public hearing on the 7th day of October, <br />1980; and <br />WHEREAS, the NORTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT was <br />established pursuant to Indian River County Ordinance 80-5; and <br />WHEREAS, said Governing Body at the public hearing, after <br />proper notice and explanations of the millage and the reasons for <br />the rate established and after public questionings and input, desires <br />to establish millage for the upcoming fiscal year 1980-81; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE NORTH INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT, that the Governing Body sets the millage for <br />said District at 0.5000 mills. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th day <br />of October, 1980. <br />NORTH INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FIRE <br />DISTRICT <br />By: o 96't,.� Qaa <br />Chairman <br />Attest: / <br />Sec tary and D uty Clerk <br />
