State capacity of system and recommended retention/ <br />detention/percolation requirement for new developments in <br />each watershed area. <br />iii. Develop capital improvement programs for each area <br />(prepare CPIA). <br />iv. Prepare feasibility investigation, including cost esti- <br />mates (capital, operating and financing). <br />v. Present methods of financing including conclusions, <br />recommendations and advisability of undertaking the <br />project. <br />h. Present alternative and recommendations to Technical Advisory <br />Committee for Drainage (TACD) and/or City Council/County <br />Commission. <br />i. Refine selected plan and prepare maps of i1aster Plan to "overlay" <br />aerial photogram—i-etric base maps (1"-1001). <br />j. Prepare and present final report to TACD and/or City Council/ <br />County Commission. <br />2.
