O CI 2 2 19Baox 45 PmE 86 <br />ADMINISTRATOR NELSON NOTED THAT COMMISSIONER LYONS <br />DESERVES AN AWARD FOR PERSISTENCE IN OBTAINING THIS AGREEMENT, <br />AND THE BOARD AGREED. <br />ENGINEER ROBBINS NOTED THAT HE HAD BEEN PUT ON A TEMPORARY <br />HOLD TO REVISE THE ENGINEERING PLANS OF THE SEWER LINE DOWN INTO <br />INDIAN RIVER SHORES SUBJECT TO THE OUTCOME OF THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT. <br />HE ASKED IF HE SHOULD CONTINUE TO HOLD OR PROCEED WITH THE 6" LINE. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS COMMENTED THAT WE HAVE TO KNOW WHAT <br />THE 6" LINE WILL COST, AND MR. ROBBINS STATED THAT HE HAS THAT IN- <br />FORMATION. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS BELIEVED THERE SHOULD BE THREE-WAY <br />COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CITY, TOWN AND COUNTY TO GET STRAIGHT ON <br />WHAT THE SIZE OF THE LINE IS GOING TO BE.
