I do not feel that the property can be <br />mentconveyed back to and bids andMsaleLtothe highest bidard without der. advertise - <br />der. <br />Because of the location the property is highly con- <br />ceivable that it may be needed for utility purposes in the <br />future. LEONARD, WHO <br />RESIDED ON THE ABOVE PROPERTY, PASSED AWAY DURING THE LAST TWO WEEKS. <br />HE NOTED THAT THE COUNTY HAD BEEN RELUCTANT TO DISTURB THE SITUATION <br />WHILE SHE WAS RESIDING ON THE PROPERTY, BUT HE NOW WOULD RECOMMEND <br />THAT THE COUNTY MOVE AHEAD AND CLEAR UP THIS SITUATION BY HAVING <br />THE PROPERTY CLEARED, HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT TITLE IS CURRENTLY <br />IN THE COUNTY'S NAME, AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS HAS <br />REPORTED THAT THE STRUCTURES THERE ARE DEBILITATED AND SHOULD BE <br />REMOVED BECAUSE THEY CONSTITUTE A HAZARD. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, CHAIRMAN SIEBERT VOTED IN FAVOR, THE BOARD AUTHORIZED THE ADMINIS- <br />TRATOR TO TAKE STEPS TO CLEAR LOTS 185, 199 AND 200, GEOFFREY'S SUB- <br />DIVISION AND APPROVED THE DEMOLITION OF THE HAZARDOUS STRUCTURES <br />LOCATED THEREON AS RECOMMENDED BY THE ATTORNEY AND THE INTERGOVERN- <br />MENTAL COORDINATOR. <br />
