Town shall provide fire protection services extending <br />from the North Town limits to the Sebastian Inlet on the Island. <br />Said fire protection shall be at a level consistent with the <br />services provided by Town within the Town limits. Said fire <br />protection shall be for a period of three (3) years and will <br />be rendered at no charge -to District or to County. <br />C. Town shall convey to District, within thirty (30) <br />days of the signing of this Agreement, the 1,000 qpm American <br />LaFrance Pumper with related equipment that was received <br />at the time of purchase, free and clear and without charge. <br />D. All additional fire equipment, including the fire <br />rescue truck and ladder truck will be made available during <br />an emergency when called at no charge to either the County <br />or the District. The Town and District shall enter into <br />a Mutual Aid Agreement consistent with the Mutual Aid <br />Agreement dated the 6th day of May, 1980 between the Town <br />and the City of Vero Beach. <br />E. Town and District agree that the aerial ladder truck <br />will be made available for training purposes to both the <br />North and South County Fire Districts at no charge. <br />F. District agrees to pay to the Town for a period of <br />two (2) years, Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) each <br />year for the purchase of the 2,500 gallon tanker truck. <br />Town will, as soon as practicable, purchase the tanker <br />truck, making it available to service the North Beach Area. <br />Town shall purchase the tanker truck at a cost of no less <br />than Twenty Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00). <br />G.. Town shall dismiss Case No. 78-764 with prejudice <br />and the parties agree that by execution of this Agreement <br />said litigation is settled. <br />3.
