Amendment No. 4 to Republic Services for MRF Improvement <br />a.m. Project <br />(memorandum dated June 27, 2014) <br />Director of Utility Services Vincent Burke provided background <br />and analysis on the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) at the <br />Indian River County landfill.
