C. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Flescher, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Zorc, to: (1) approve the direct <br />purchase of modular blocks from Inter -Block Retaining <br />Systems, Inc. in the amount of $46,928.00; (2) approve the <br />Fourth Amendment to Republic Services landfill contract for <br />the MRF Improvement Project at a not to exceed price of <br />$18,207.10; and (3) authorize the Chairman to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Director Burke and Managing Director of the Solid Waste <br />Disposal District Himanshu Mehta addressed questions from <br />Commissioner Zorc regarding the modular blocks. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 4-0 vote <br />(Vice Chairman Davis absent), the Motion carried. <br />Environmental Control Board <br />None <br />16.
