15. B. 2. A PPRO VAL OF MINUTES REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 6, 2010 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of July 6, 2010. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 6, 2010, as <br />written. <br />15.B.3. 2010 PETITION HEARING, SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />ASSESSMENT FEES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Vice Chairman Solari, the Board unanimously <br />approved scheduling the 2010 SWDD Petition Hearing for <br />October 19, 2010, as recommended in the memorandum <br />of August 6, 2010. <br />Chairman O'Bryan reiterated that anyone wishing to contest their SWDD assessment <br />after receiving their TRIM (Truth in Millage) Notice, must file a petition by September 14, 2010, <br />and that the Petition Hearing would be on October 19, 2010. <br />15.B.4.
