<br />ASSOCIATES BY THE CLERK OF THE COURT, AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA
<br />STATUTE 125.66,
<br />PLANNING DIRECTOR REVER DISPLAYED A MAP IDENTIFYING THE
<br />SUBJECT PROPERTY, AND STATED THAT THE PARCEL WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED
<br />TO HOUSE THE UTILITY FACILITIES. HE CONTINUED THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF
