THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON LOTION BY COMMISSIONER LYONS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY CLOSED THE PUBLIC HEARING. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS ASKED WHERE THE SEWER PLANT FOR VILLAGE <br />GREEN WAS GOING TO BE. <br />MR. REVER STATED THAT IT WILL BE NORTH OF WALKER AVENUE. <br />COMMISSIONER LYONS NOTED THAT HE RECEIVED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS <br />ABOUT WALKER AVENUE BEING UNPAVED - IT IS A STREET IN A SUBDIVISION <br />BUT IS A DIRT ROAD. <br />MR. REVER ADVISED THE BOARD THAT MOST OF THE SITE PLAN <br />REVIEWS FOR UNITS 1 AND 2 OF VILLAGE GREEN WERE COMPLETED BEFORE HE <br />BEGAN WORKING WITH THE COUNTY, AND STATED THAT HE WOULD INVESTIGATE <br />THE MATTER. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE 80-38 APPROVING <br />THE REZONING FROM AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO R-1MP-MOBILE HOME DISTRICT, <br />AS REQUESTED BY FLORIDA ATLANTIC ASSOCIATES (VILLAGE GREEN). <br />NOY 51980 <br />15 <br />
