NOV 191980 45 PAGE 251 <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE STATED HE DID NOT THINK THEY SHOULD <br />PUT THE ITEM REGARDING INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD ON THE AGENDA, IF <br />THE BOARD CANNOT TAKE ANY ACTION ON IT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCURLOCK, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />BIRD, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED ADDING EMERGENCY ITEM #8A ON <br />THE AGENDA, WHICH IS A PRESENTATION BY ATTORNEY SOVIERO REGARDING <br />FLORIDA LAND COMPANY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. <br />CAROLYN EGGERT, 700 BEACH ROAD, APPROACHED THE BOARD AND <br />ASKED THE BOARD TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE WHEN ADDING ITEMS TO THE AGENDA. <br />SHE FELT THAT THE CAMPAIGN AND THIS ELECTION HAVE MADE PEOPLE MORE <br />AWARE OF THE PROBLEMS OF THE COUNTY; PEOPLE HAVE FELT THAT ITEMS HAVE <br />BEEN MOVED ON THE AGENDA, THEREFORE, THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO COME <br />AND HEAR THE DISCUSSION ON THE ITEM. MRS.
