ADMINISTRATOR NELSON NOTED THAT THIS PLAT WILL BE STAMPED <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVED, AND THEN WHEN THEY COME BACK FOR FINAL <br />PLAT APPROVAL, WE COMPARE THE TWO TO SEE THAT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN <br />DONE. <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER ASSUMED THAT WE ACTUALLY ARE GOING <br />ON THE GOOD FAITH OF OUR PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND WHEN THESE PLATS <br />ARE PASSED TO THE COMMISSIONERS, WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ASKING FOR <br />A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE. <br />ADMINISTRATOR NELSON EXPLAINED THAT THE TECHNICAL REVIEW <br />COMMITTEE INCLUDES NOT ONLY PLANNING DEPARTMENT STAFF, BUT INVOLVES <br />THE SANITARY DEPARTMENT, HEALTH DEPARTMENT, FIRE CHIEF, URBAN <br />FORESTER, ETC. <br />MR. FOWLER POINTED OUT THAT BEFORE THE BOARD APPROVES THE <br />FINAL PLAT AND THE DEVELOPER CAN SELL THE LOTS, HE HAS PUT ALL HIS <br />MONEY IN IT AND DONE THESE IMPROVEMENTS. HE NOTED THAT ONCE THEY <br />HAVE.GONE THROUGH TRC, THEY HAVE GONE THROUGH QUITE A FEW ARGUMENTS. <br />COMMISSIONER FLETCHER ASKED ABOUT THE 4t0 FLOW WELL ON THE <br />PROPERTY AND WHETHER IT WOULD BE CAPPED. <br />SURVEYOR PETE MUSICK INFORMED HIM THAT THEY PLAN TO RUN <br />IT DOWN THE LOT LINE AND EMPTY IT INTO THE LAKE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. IT WAS VOTED ON AND <br />CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY AND LAMER SUBDIVISION <br />CHAIRMAN LYONS INFORMED THE BOARD THE HE WAS INVOLVED IN <br />DISCUSSION YESTERDAY WITH ATTORNEY COLLINS, ATTORNEY HENDERSON AND <br />ENGINEER LLOYD, IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, AND THERE HAVE <br />BEEN SOME CHANGES MADE FROM THE COPY APPEARING IN THE BACKUP MATERIAL. <br />UNFORTUNATELY, THESE CHANGES OCCURRED TOO LATE LAST NIGHT TO GET <br />THEM TO THE BOARD MEMBERS BEFORE TODAY'S MEETING. HE ADDED THAT <br />THE AGREEMENT HAD BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES, <br />AND WE HAVE THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR WITH A SLIGHT MODIFICATION. <br />ATTORNEY HENDERSON, REPRESENTING VERO DUNES, LTD., DEVEL- <br />OPERS OF LAMER, WISHED TO REVIEW THE CHANGES IN THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH <br />35 <br />DEC 3 1980 m PAGE J 7 <br />
