The COUNCIL assures that the program supported by the grant <br />will be conducted in compliance vii th Title V1 0 -If the Civil <br />Rights Act of 1964 (P.L. 83-352), as ammended, (C2 USC 2O0d) <br />b and the requirements imposed by the Regulations of the <br />Department of Commerce (15 CFR Part 8) issued pursuant to <br />that Title. In accordance therewith no person i•n the United <br />States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, <br />be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, <br />or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program <br />or activity for which the COUNCIL receives federal financial <br />assistance and will immediately take any measures necessary <br />to effectuate this agreement. <br />C. The COUNTY and the COU,YCIL hereby agree to comply with Chapter <br />112, Florida Statutes, Standards of Conduct for Public Officers <br />and Employees, when such Statute has direct application to the <br />performance of this contract. <br />13. CHANGES. <br />Either party may, from time to time, request changes in the scope of <br />services of the COUNCIL to be performed hereunder, with concomitant adjustments <br />in the consideration to be paid. Such changes which are r utually agreed upon <br />by and between the COUNTY and the COUNCIL shall be incorporated in -written <br />amendments to the agreement and shall designate the effective date of the <br />change. <br />14. AGREEMENT AS INCLUDING ENTIRE AGREEMENT. <br />This instrument embodies the whole agreerent of the parties.
