A letter was hand delivered ot the mootinrl from FmHA which <br />states and was further interpreted to state the test well program, <br />land cost and hydrogeological connuitant's fees are cost reimbursable <br />out of the project fund. <br />GIFI-ORD SEWERAGE SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS- <br />Fndineer's Project W505 <br />Major points of discussion relative to this Gifford project are as iollows: <br />1. FmHA has given approval to award the contract haled on the <br />original hids received and to execute change orders for the <br />adoption of the revised plans and specifications and unit prices. <br />2. Due to requirements issued by the Department of Environmental <br />Regulation, changes are required for the percolation ponds which <br />will increase the project cost considerably. FmHA has no problem <br />with the increased cost which will be reflected in the change <br />order adopting the revised construction costs provided there are <br />monies in the project fund to co"`- the inLIAWed cost. <br />3.
